This week’s insightful messages come forth from the loving healers and guides of Atlantis.  In Golden Atlantis, everyone was honored and happy to be themselves!  The people that lived during this magical time enjoyed a deep sense of peace and well-being.  They were content with their lives!  You are being encouraged to develop your gifts and talents and to use them to do what you love most.  By doing so, a feeling of true contentment is experienced!  As you go about you week, be aware of those around you and offer acts of kindness that are selfless and allow a vision beyond yourself to expand.  It is time for you to experience a well-deserved feeling of satisfaction and to accept yourself as you are.  Acknowledge all of your good qualities and talents and breathe in quiet contentment!  This will enhance your feelings of well-being and attract more harmonious situations to you.  Appreciate each moment of your day and illuminate the darkness with the light of love!

The Angels deliver a beautiful message this week about honoring your own unique self! Making sure that you own what is yours and recognizing what actions and expressions are not. Specifically asking each of us to really live in our own skin, authentically. This means that we best serve ourselves when we become the author of our lives, and releasing what is not our own thoughts, actions, emotions, etc. Remember that we are empathic and at times we take on others’ energy that is not ours and we soak it in like a sponge. This can happen when we care for others or spend time around people. Take time this week to ask yourself, “Is this my energy? Why do I feel this way? Am I being authentic in expressing myself?” To re-focus your energy, meditating, deep breathing, or even focusing on the energy of a nearby object can bring you back to balance and help you better determine if the energy you are experiencing is your own or not. If you are feeling negative emotions that are in fact your own, do not judge yourself or you will compound the emotions by doing so! Feel the emotion with all you have, express it in a safe manner and then release it. Built up emotions, even those we do not wish to express, can cause an imbalance internally, thus creating an environment for disease to occur. It is safe to stay and live in your own skin and still care for others!

Wonderful, positive changes are coming!  As these changes and transformations occur, remember to remain centered this week.  Old structures, beliefs, and ideas are being replaced with new perspectives, vitality, and opportunities.  It is time to see the world with
fresh eyes and to joyously embrace your life!  Do not fear transformation and change, as it helps your soul to grow, expand, and manifest.  Holding onto the old does not serve you.  If you are feeling like you are in murky waters right now, rest assured that this will pass and you will step into sparkling, clear waters soon!  Imagine a beautiful butterfly surrounding you this week, helping you soar and bring joy and love to your heart!  Our planet is currently undergoing a powerful transformation in consciousness.  It is important for each of us to play our part in healing ourselves, helping others to heal, and healing a world in need.  Believe in the possibilities and the power of faith!

This weeks message comes from the lovely romance angels! Their message reflects the essence of last weeks sacred pool reading, where self-reflection and enjoying our lives NOW are key! The cupid angels express the importance of

self-love and self-respect this week as we end the month of April and begin May. “Begin a love affair with yourself! You are perfect in every way; you were born perfect! As you begin to envelop yourself in unconditional love, the energy will emanate through and around you, attracting back to you the love you deserve as an infinite being.”  A love affair with yourself may seem silly, but it is the true nature of your higher self. So whether you are seeking to find a romantic partner, wishing to increase the passion and respect in a current relationship, or just simply desiring more happiness in your life, this message is of high importance! If you struggle with showering yourself with love (such as complimenting yourself and not judging yourself) then spend time with or adopt a loving companion such as a dog or cat. They will reflect back to you your true self, your God-self. Did you ever consider why God spelled backwards is dog? Nope, that is not a coincidence! They are a true expression of unconditional love, of God. Prove to yourself that you are magnificence by making the commitment to daily self-love affirmations. If you do this consistently for 40 days, you will no doubt feel your Spirit shine with love!

Spirit asks that you spend this week self-reflecting and appreciating the life that you are living now!  ”The world is a reflection of your thoughts, feelings, and beliefs. Embody the love you wish to see in the world.”  When you look in the mirror, do you like what you see?  You are asked to focus on self-love and self-esteem.  No one is supposed to be perfect, and everyone is a work in progress. It is time to evaluate your life with rigorous honesty and without harsh judgement.  This is a wonderful time to change anything that is unhealthy in your life!  Create some sort of sacred pool for yourself this week (a relaxing bath with essential oils and candle light, a bowl of water on your alter with crystals surrounding it, place a picture of the ocean or any body of water in your space at work or by your bedside).  It doesn’t matter what form the sacred pool takes.  Be creative and do what feels good to you.  Reflect by this sacred pool and be at peace with yourself.  Recognize how far you’ve come!  Make note of what is magical in your life and the many blessings that exist!  Life is not about getting to a destination.  It is about the journey. Enjoy it!  Be conscious that you have a unique life purpose that only you can achieve!  Your unique service to the world is not only needed but celebrated!  Shine your light and do not forget that you are an embodiment of the the Divine.  Love and respect yourself enough to move forward and create your best life!  Do this with confidence, knowing that you are loved and supported by others and Spirit.  The number that appears on the card is 47.  Within this number is a powerful message that the angels want to express to you. The Metal King sends a very important message to all of us this week! Along with Archangel Michael, he is here to provide us with an impenetrable protective shield as we follow our passions and life purpose! Last week, we unveiled our passions and our burning desire to creatively express our fire inside. So as we continue to put our inner desires into action, we may energetically feel the presence of those around us who are negative naysayers that either consciously or subconsciously attempt to thwart us from achieving our goals and from staying “in the light”.  The negative energy that penetrates our auric field tends to influence our thoughts, thus creating fear within, and consequently puts out that FIRE within!! Let’s stop that from even happening by calling on The Metal King! He will give you the armor you need to protect you from feeling these energies, thus giving you the confidence to continue to move forward. The Metal King will assist you, however you must discipline yourself in creating effective boundaries by visualizing this impenetrable shield around you, daily. Each morning, maybe before even opening up your eyes, imagine a shield around you like metal, perhaps a teflon shield that only allows love and light to penetrate! Setting boundaries is very important for everyone, especially for those extra sensitive individuals who feel deeply; those who are empathic. It is critical to know where yours end and another’s begins. Others’ emotions are not yours, no matter how empathic you are! Think about that for a moment as you begin this week. Close your eyes and sense who may be in your energy field. Everyone should be outside of your energy field, so ask the Angels to help you move their energy out of your field with love and light, sending their energy into Mother Earth to be dissolved lovingly as energetic fertilizer! Remember that you ARE worthy of living your dreams and having a simple daily routine that energetically protects you from negativity will inevitably strengthen your awareness of how awesome you are! This week, be honest with yourself about what you are passionate about and find a means to express and experience it! Passion, enthusiasm, and inspiration are associated with fire. Light “your fire” and engage in activities that bring you joy and allow you to be creative. Passion is not something that comes from outside of you, although some experiences and activities ignite it.  Passion is an intense feeling or sensation that is felt within and can be quietly or enthusiastically expressed.  It is a powerful motivator that encourages action.  Has a part of you been overly concerned with pleasing others lately?  Remember to honor your own dreams and follow your own rhythm.  Move in a positive direction this week and connect with fire energy to illuminate your true desires and passions. Life is meant to be lived, not endured. Write your story, paint your canvas, and sing your song!

The beginning of April promises to be full of creativity and inspiration! The Angels are encouraging us to call forth our inner child and have some fun with our friends. Particularly, our Soul Family. These are our friends or family members who we feel closest to or have a lot in common with. A great way to gauge whether a person is a part of your soul family is by asking yourself, “Do I feel like I have known this person forever?”. If you answer yes, then sure enough that person is a part of your Soul Family. The Angels are not specifying what you should do with your friends, but that it be in some way inspiring, creative, or simply fun!! For instance, maybe a simple phone conversation with your Soul friend will do the trick, giving you encouraging messages to follow your dreams leaving you full of ideas and positive energy to move forward. Or perhaps you plan to attend an event or play board games with several of your Soul friends. Whatever feels refreshing and adventurous will do. The Angels clairvoyantly showed the image of Peter Pan and his Soul Family in Neverland. Let loose and fly free like Peter Pan and the Lost Boys! Play with your inner child and follow your playful shadow. Do something you have never done before! Honor your inner child and live free in the moment with your Soul Family.

As we move into the week, self-awareness and empowerment are key!  Have you been feeling victimized in any way lately? It is
important to let go of blame with respect to other people, past conditions, or present circumstances.  Take back your personal power and stop giving it to others.  Remember that you are responsible for your own happiness.  Use your personal power to resolve an issue, heal, and manifest what it is that you desire.  All that you need to do in order to use your power is to believe in yourself!  You are more powerful than you realize and are capable of making healthy changes in your life.  Instead of focusing on problems, focus on solutions.  Speak your truth and follow your inner guidance to resolve any situation in your life that is causing you distress.

Water is known to have many healing properties, and the mermaids, the dolphins, and the angels are asking us to incorporate more water and the colors of blue, aqua, turquoise, and teal into our energy fields this week.  Doing so, will help us feel calm, peaceful, and relaxed; allowing us to be rooted in love rather than fear.  This week, spend time near water, enjoy a comforting bath, listen to soothing ocean music, drink more water, wear the colors, meditate and imagine yourself standing underneath a beautiful waterfall and these magnificent colors washing over you, or carry stones that are blue, aqua, turquoise, and teal (such as aqua marine, blue calcite, lapis lazuli, turquoise, and blue quartz).  Water speaks to and empowers the soul!

Enjoy the shifts you see around you this week, as you use your personal power in the service of light and love and make the world a better place!

Following Archangel Michael’s message to us last week, another loving and beautiful Archangel comes to us, Raphael! As many of us celebrated the end of the week wearing green and honoring St. Patrick’s Day, Archangel Raphael wishes for us to continue embracing the energy and color green this week by making healthful changes in our diets and in our daily routines. As Spring officially begins on the 21st, Raphael encourages you to begin the season with reason to make these changes. He explains, “Feeling alert in the mornings and being productive throughout your day should be less about what you can find in your external environment, and more about remembering  your bodies natural energy rhythms to enhance your ability to feel awake and more importantly, alive!  In order to feel fully present and awake in each moment, utilize the sunrise and sunset to naturally awaken you in the mornings and wind down in the evenings. Simply spending a few minutes outdoors or gazing at the sun will help. In turn, you will be able to feel our presence and hear our loving messages to you.”  If this is not possible every day, then find ways to assist you in this process. For instance, find an app that has an alarm that sounds pleasant and not so “alarming” or use full spectrum lighting in your room when you turn on the lights. Also, make sure at nighttime, in your bedroom, that all lights and electronics are hidden and put to sleep before you go to sleep. This will give your body the chance to naturally release melatonin to help you sleep. If you have an addiction or desire for caffeine, ask Archangel Raphael to help you cut any cords of attachment to caffeine so that you can begin your days in alignment with Mother Earth and her powerful energy. Praying to Raphael before you fall asleep is a great way to begin this process. Enjoy the beginning of Spring!!
